DESPATCH OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

MC Mining Limited (the “Company”), the coal exploration, development and mining company
operating in South Africa announces that the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30
June 2020, Notice of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and accompanying proxy for the
meeting to be held on 20 November 2020 have been posted to shareholders. These
documents are available on the Company’s website www.mcmining.co.za.


The Company’s AGM will be held at 10am (London time) on 20 November 2020 as a virtual
meeting by way of a live webcast.


Details on how to attend the Company’s AGM are contained in the Notice of AGM.

If it becomes necessary or appropriate to make alternative arrangements for holding or
conducting the AGM, the Company will make further information available via the various
markets and on our website.
