preference shares (the "Preference Shares")

Declaration of dividend number 6

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 6 has been declared from retained earnings for
the period 27 January 2025 to and including 28 April 2025 amounting to 76,475.44110 ZAR cents per
Preference Share payable to the Preference Shareholders as recorded in the books of Investec Bank
(Mauritius) Limited ("the Company") at the close of business on Friday, 25 April 2025.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 6 are as follows:

•   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend of 76,475.44110 ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
