Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R75,000,000 (seventy
five million Rand) senior unsecured Floating Rate Notes (stock code IBL378), under Investec
Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium-Term Note and Preference Share Programme, dated
05 May 2026.
The IBL378 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
03 September 2026 with effect from commencement of trade.
