CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that the Board of Directors ("the Board") has resolved that Mr Paul Baloyi will cease to hold the office
of Chairperson of the Board with effect from 6 July 2026. Mr Baloyi shall remain a duly appointed
independent non-executive director of the Company.

The Board has taken this decision within the scope of its fiduciary duties and duty of care and skill,
having regard to the best interests of the Company.

Mr Linda Yanta has been appointed as the interim Chairperson of the Board with effect from 6 July
2026.

CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
As a consequence of the above Board changes, the Board committees have been reconstituted with
effect from 6 July 2026 as follows:

Audit Committee
    - Mr Linda Yanta steps down as the chairperson of the committee and will continue as a
        member.
    - Mr Vusi Khumalo is appointed as the interim chairperson of the committee.

Nominations and Governance Committee
   - Mr Paul Baloyi steps down as a member and chairperson of the committee.
   - Mr Linda Yanta is appointed as the interim chairperson of the committee.
   - Ms Zanele Monnakgotla is appointed as a member of the committee.

Remuneration and Human Resources Committee
   - Ms Zanele Monnakgotla is appointed as the interim chairperson of the committee.

The Company will commence with the recruitment process to appoint directors to fill vacancies in
respect of the Board and its committees and to identify a permanent chairperson of the Board.
