The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 15 October 2026 the
Supervisory Board of the Company accepted the resignation submitted by Mr. Jacek Baginski from the position
of Member of the Management Board of the Company and Chief Financial Officer, effective as of that date, and
adopted a resolution appointing for this position Mr. Oded Rahamim, with effect from 1st December 2026. Mr.
Baginski will remain employed by the Company in advisory capacity until the end of the year to ensure a smooth
handover of duties.

Mr. Baginski joined the Management Board during a particularly challenging period for the Company and
successfully fulfilled the tasks entrusted to him. The Supervisory Board of the Company expresses its appreciation
to Jacek Baginski for his commitment and valuable contribution to the Company.

Mr. Oded Rahamim is a Certified Public Accountant (Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel) with over
15 years of international experience in senior finance and board-level roles in listed and multinational companies.
Since 2025 he has served as Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO and Board Member of Sivanet, a residential real
estate developer in Poland. In 2021–2024 he was Financial Director (CFO Poland) within the GTC Group,
responsible for financing and refinancing transactions, budgeting, cash flow, tax and IFRS reporting for the Polish
operations, having contributed to building and leading the current GTC finance team. He temporarily fulfilled
GTC Group CFO role during this period. Previously, he held finance roles within Cineworld Group PLC, including
Financial Director (CFO Poland) in Warsaw (2017–2020), Finance Manager leading group reporting in London
(2014–2016) and Financial Manager and Board Member of Cinema City Bulgaria in Sofia (2011–2014). He began
his career at KPMG Israel as Auditor. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University.

According to his statements Mr. Oded Rahamim is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in
compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not conduct any business
activity outside the Company that is competitive with its operations., does not participate in any competitive
business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the
authorities of any competing company or any other competing entity.

information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information
required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union.
