Notification of amendment to the UBS Actively Managed Certificate linked to
the Biggles Worldwide Flexible Portfolio.

Noteholders are hereby advised of the amended and restated Final Terms that
supersedes the Final Terms dated 11 December 2024. The purpose of the amended
and restated Final Terms is to reflect the change in the Reference Portfolio
Advisor following a name change.

Portfolio   Analytics    Consulting   (Pty)   Ltd    (registration   number
2004/021912/07) has been renamed to Advantage Solutions (Pty) Ltd, with
immediate effect. The change of the company's name has been officially
registered with the Companies Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on 05
August 2025 as well as with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and is
legally effective. Advantage Solutions is regulated by the Financial Sector
Conduct Authority with license number 18490 (license number remains
unchanged).

Noteholders are further advised that all other information relating to the
Note will remain unchanged, and the instrument will retain its trading and
financial reference data history.
