Managed ETF

1. Introduction

Investors are hereby advised that the requisite approval has been obtained for the amendment to the
distribution policy of the Arysteq Short-Term Income Actively Managed ETF, being a portfolio under the
Arysteq Unit Trust Scheme. The approved amendment changes the distribution frequency of the
Portfolio from quarterly distributions to monthly distributions.

The approved change in distribution frequency is reflected in the amended Supplement, which will be
distributed to investors and made available on the Manager’s website at https://arysteq.com/products/.

The Arysteq Short-Term Income Actively Managed ETF remains listed in the “Actively Managed
Exchange Traded Funds” sub-sector on the JSE Limited.



2. Salient dates and times

The salient dates and times relating to the publication and implementation of the amended Supplement,
which reflects the approved change to the Portfolio’s distribution policy, are set out below.

In terms of the approved amendment, the Portfolio’s distribution frequency will change from quarterly
distributions to monthly distributions with effect from 01 October 2026.
