Announcement in respect of conclusion of a contract for difference in relation to Astoria shares


Shareholders are advised that on 5 November 2025, Astoria Treasury and Management Proprietary Limited (a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Astoria) ("ATAM"), entered into a contract for difference ("CFD") in respect of 9 152
ordinary Astoria shares, at the equivalent of R8.00 per Astoria share respectively, for an aggregate consideration of
R73 216.00.

The CFD provides ATAM with economic exposure to the movement in Astoria's share price.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and 11.17, and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure
Obligations of Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007. The Board accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the
