AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS 
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

AOE is an investment holding company incorporated in South Africa and listed on the JSE Limited ("JSE") in the "apparel retailers" sector. The company has investments in fashion retail, property, media and broadcasting, technology and water infrastructure. 

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS 

- Revenue decreased by 1.9% to R873.6 million (2024: R890.6 million) 

- Gross profit margin % increased to 54.9% (2024: 46.2%) 

- Operating profit increased by 129.9% to R74.0 million (2024: R32.2million) 

- Earnings per share increased by more than 100% to 106.4 cents (2024: -15.8 cents) 

- Headline earnings per share increased by 77.1% to 110.0 cents (2024: 60.1 cents) 

- Net asset value per share increased by 3.8% to R19.49 (2024: R18.78) 

- Ordinary dividend per share paid amounted to nil cents (2024: nil cents)
