Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 09 February 2026 regarding the results of
the IPO for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the listing
of the portfolio on 11 February 2026.

Issued securities and listing

The Amplify Strategic Income Satrix Feeder Actively Managed ETF will issue 455 479 (Four hundred
and Fifty Five thousand Four hundred and Ninety Seven) securities to list on the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R50.00 (5000.00
cents) per security, to commence trading on Wednesday, 11 February 2026.
