South Africa Limited of a tap issuance of AMC001 Actively Managed
Certificates (AMCs) Tap Issue 2 due 13 August 2025 - sponsored
by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited ("the Issuer")
under its Structured Note Programme ("the Programme") dated 20

Redemption Basis:                   Linked to the actively
                                    managed AAM Multi Strategy
                                    Equity Portfolio as the
                                    Reference Portfolio. The
                                    objective of the strategy
                                    followed in respect of the
                                    Reference Portfolio is to
                                    achieve long-term real
                                    capital growth in the value
                                    of the assets denominated
                                    in ZAR. The Reference
                                    Portfolio seeks to deliver
                                    total equity return
                                    outperformance at half the
                                    volatility. The strategy
                                    aims to produce active
                                    alpha by exploiting market
                                    inefficiencies regardless
                                    of direction. The fund
                                    targets 70% of market
                                    returns when markets are
                                    trending up whilst during
                                    market downturns the
                                    strategy aims to
                                    participate 30% in bearish
                                    conditions. The strategies
                                    are quantitative in nature

                                    complement each other in
                                   varying market conditions,
