APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the
'Resignation of External Auditor' announcement released on SENS on 7 October 2024, shareholders are
hereby advised that Acsion have, on the recommendation of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee,
appointed Moore Johannesburg Incorporated ("Moore") as Acsion's external auditor, with Americo Carneiro
as designated audit partner.

The Company received written confirmation dated 6 November 2024 of Moore's acceptance as the Company's
external auditor as of 24 October 2024.

The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's next annual general meeting.
