Clarification announcement

Shareholders are referred to the Accéntuate long form announcement (“Long Form”) released on
SENS on 10 December 2020 wherein they were advised that the Company’s consolidated and separate
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 (“AFS”) contained the auditors audit
opinion. Shareholders are referred to the heading and paragraph in the Long Form regarding the
“Auditor’s Review”, as well as the wording used in the paragraph which indicated a review
engagement with limited assurance. In order to avoid any ambiguity shareholders are advised that
the AFS have been audited and the heading in the Long Form should be “Auditor’s Audit Opinion” and
not “Auditor’s Review”.
