GAIA Infrastructure Capital Limited ("GAIA") is run by leading investment, engineering and strategy experts and will present investors with a portfolio of infrastructure assets that are operational, present low investment risk and are income generating assets. GAIA has a management agreement with GAIA Infrastructure Partners (Pty) Limited, a company that was incorporated in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2012, by the Founders for the purpose of facilitating the investment of long-term capital in infrastructure projects in Southern Africa.

GAIA focuses on making investments in various infrastructure projects through equity and debt instruments that meet the required returns. GAIA adheres to the United Nations backed Principles for Responsible Investment and the Code for Responsible Investing in South Africa.
