VESTING OF BALANCE OF 2018 ALLOCATION AND PARTIAL VESTING OF 2019
ALLOCATION OF THE RAUBEX LONG TERM INCENTIVE SCHEME (“the Scheme”)

Shareholders are advised that the 50% balance of the shares awarded to executive directors,
prescribed officers and the company secretary of the company in 2018 in terms of the Scheme,
vested on 11 August 2022 as approved by Remco and the Board.

Shareholders are further advised that the first 50% of the shares awarded to executive
directors, prescribed officers and the company secretary of the company in 2019 in terms of
the Scheme, vested on 11 August 2022 as approved by Remco and the Board.

The settlement method in terms of the Scheme is the off-market transfer and delivery of the
shares to participants, unless participants opt to sell shares, in which event a separate share
dealing SENS will be released.
