UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF THE INTEREST IN AL TAYER STOCKS LLC
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
9 November 2021 wherein shareholders were advised, in relation to the transaction ("Transaction") in
terms of which Stefanutti Stocks International Holdings Proprietary Limited (the "Seller"), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Stefanutti Stocks, will dispose of its 49% interest in Al Tayer Stocks LLC to
Investment Trading Group LLC (or its nominee), that the Seller had received the initial purchase
consideration due in terms of the Transaction and that the Transaction was expected to be implemented
fully in due course.
Shareholders are now advised that in accordance with the terms of the sale and purchase agreement
regulating the implementation of the Transaction (the "Agreement"): the Agreement has become
unconditional; the Transaction is being implemented; and subject to the terms of the Agreement, the
payment of the final purchase consideration is expected to be paid in due course.
