PSG KONSULT INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February 2022,
containing the full audited annual financial statements of the Company, will be available on the
Company’s website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/overview from 20 May 2022.
The Company’s auditor, Deloitte & Touche, expressed an unmodified audit opinion on the annual
financial statements. Their report, which includes communication of key audit matters, is
contained in the annual financial statements of the Company.

There have been no modifications to the reviewed preliminary results which were announced on
SENS and on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd, on Wednesday, 13 April 2022.

It is anticipated that the Company’s 2022 annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Monday,
11 July 2022 at 12:00 p.m. South African time (2 p.m. Mauritian time). In light of the continued
social distancing measures in place to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held in
electronic format only. The requisite notice of AGM will be announced in due course and be
distributed to shareholders, accompanied by a summary of the Company’s consolidated annual
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2022.
