shares (“preference shares”)

Declaration of dividend number 16

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 16 has been declared from retained earnings
for the period from 28 February 2022 to and including 30 May 2022 amounting to 107.01389 EUR cents
per Preference Share, converted to 1,819.23613 ZAR cents per Preference Share (using a ZAR/EUR
exchange rate of 17.00 as at 10 May 2022) payable to Preference Shareholders as recorded in the
books of the Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business on Friday,
27 May 2022.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 16 are as follows:

    Tax Agreements as legislated) equal to 363.84723 ZAR cents per Preference Share
-   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend of 1,819.23613 ZAR cents per Preference Share
-   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
    dividend of 1,455.38890 ZAR cents per Preference Share.
