In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that YeboYethu has appointed Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of
Nedbank Limited, as Sponsor to the company with effect from 1 March 2022.

This follows notice from UBS South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“UBS”) that they will no longer
offer sponsor services and accordingly resign as sponsor to YeboYethu with effect from 28
February 2022.

The company wishes to thank UBS for their services over the years.
