PITTSBURGH – February 28, 2022 – Montauk Renewables, Inc. ("Montauk” or “the Company")
(NASDAQ: MNTK), a renewable energy company specializing in the management, recovery and
conversion of biogas into renewable natural gas (“RNG”), will host a conference call on Wednesday,
