RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised that Ms Ntokozo Makomba has resigned as company secretary. Her
resignation is effective from 30 April 2022. The Board thanks Ntokozo for her contribution to Lewis
and wishes her well in her future endeavors.


The Board will commence with a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further
announcement in this regard will be released on SENS in due course.
