Nampak Limited’s Integrated Report for the year ended 30 September 2021 has
been published on the Nampak website at
http://www.nampak.com/investors/financial-information.
Every person who holds or has a beneficial interest in any securities issued
by the Company may obtain the 2021 Integrated Report, by either downloading
a copy from the Company’s website, or by requesting a copy from Group
Investor Relations by means of an email to nondyebo.mqulwana@nampak.com, or
a written request posted to PO Box 69983, Bryanston, 2021.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Nampak’s Annual General Meeting will be held
entirely by electronic communication as permitted by the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008 as amended, the JSE Limited and the Company’s memorandum of
incorporation at 14:00 on Wednesday, 16 February 2022 to transact the
business stated in the notice. The notice, incorporating a summary of the
Annual Financial Statements, will be distributed to shareholders on
20 December 2021, together with the 2021 Integrated Report, and has been
published on the Nampak website. The record date for purposes of determining
which shareholders are entitled to receive the notice was Friday,
3 December 2021. The record date for persons to be recorded as shareholders
in the securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday,
4 February 2022. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be
registered in the Company’s securities register is Tuesday, 1 February 2022.
