2YR DOLLAR CUSTODIAL CERTIFICATES INTEREST DISTRIBUTION

Notice is hereby given that FRB will pay a cash distribution to the holders of the 2yr dollar custodial
certificates (DCCUS2) listed on the exchange traded funds sector of the JSE Limited, in accordance with
clause 12 of the Offering Circular dated 31 October 2017, as per the table below.

The DCCUS2 certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 22 December
2021 and Friday, 24 December 2021, both days inclusive.

Local dividend tax of 20% is not applicable to the payment amount.

The payment has been calculated with reference to interest paid by FRB.

FRB had 151 000 DCCUS2 units in issue as at the date of receipt of the income on the underlying asset.

2YR DOLLAR CUSTODIAL CERTIFICATES CASH DISTRIBUTION

As a result of the underlying asset being rolled, notice is hereby given that FRB will pay a cash distribution to
the holders of the 2yr dollar custodial certificates (DCCUS2) listed on the exchange traded funds sector of
the JSE Limited, as per the table below.

CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of the DCCUS2 units are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 7 June 2021, in
relation to a distribution on the DCCUS2 units (“June Distribution Announcement”). The Issuer wishes to
notify the holders of the DCCUS2 units that the Source of Funds (Country Code) included in the June
Distribution Announcement was incorrect. The correct Source of Funds (Country Code) for the June
Distribution Announcement is ZA.
