ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES

SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 2 400 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately ZAR 37.29 per security.


Following the listing of the 2 400 000 securities, there will be 16 146 762
SYGESG securities in issue.
