CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of SA Corporate (the Board) wishes to advise shareholders that Ms Antoinette
Basson has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of the
Company, effective 31 December 2021, to pursue a career opportunity in the Western
Cape.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Antoinette for her commitment and
service to the Company over the years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Board has commenced a process of identifying a suitable successor and will update
the market in due course.
