TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that there is a reasonable
degree of certainty that the financial results for the next reporting period will differ by more than
20% from those of the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2021 by management has
indicated, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that the earnings per share is expected to be
between 11.48 cents and 13.22 cents compared to the earnings per share of 8.71 cents in the
previous corresponding period, being an increase of between 32% and 52% compared to the year
ended 30 June 2020.

Headline earnings per share is expected to be between 11.45 cents and 13.15 cents compared to
the headline earnings per share of 8.49 cents in the previous corresponding period, being an
increase of between 35% and 55% compared to the year ended 30 June 2020.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by SilverBridge’s auditors. SilverBridge’s financial results are expected to be released
on SENS on or about 27 September 2021.
