The JSE Limited has approved the listing of additional 500 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities, with
effect from commencement of business on Friday, 27 August 2021, at an issue price of R 7.6233 per
security. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 76 952 103 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities in issue.
