PSG KONSULT’S LONG-TERM CREDIT RATING UPGRADED WITH STABLE OUTLOOK

Shareholders are advised that the rating agency Global Credit Rating Company (“GCR”) has in
its report issued on 27 July 2021, upgraded PSG Konsult’s national scale long-term issuer rating
to A+ (ZA) , while the short-term issuer rating has been affirmed at A1 (ZA) , with a Stable outlook.

GCR states, “The upgrade reflects PSG Konsult’s ability to sustain strong credit fundamentals
amidst a challenging operating environment through maintaining a solid balance sheet, consistent
track record of earnings stability and cash flow generation, and established wealth management
franchise.”
