In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
of the appointment of Pamella Marlowe as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company
and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, ef f ective 16 July 2021.
Ms Marlowe is the f ounder and managing director of DNM Consulting (Pty) Ltd, an Accounting, tax
and business advisory consulting f irm. She has more than 10 years of accounting and taxation
experience across various industries. Her constant engagement around matters surrounding
accounting and taxation have allowed her to provide the most relevant and applicable guidance for
related matters. Between Pamella’s years of experience and her analytical skills, she will be able
to provide the necessary guidance to the Mustek Audit & Risk Committee and ensures risk and
governance are f oremost in all activities conducted by Mustek and do not pose any possible
adverse risk to the company.
