NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2021 was posted to
shareholders today, Thursday 24 June 2021. The annual report, incorporating the notice of annual general
meeting and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 are available at
www.yeboyethu.co.za.

COVID-19
The health and well-being of staff and shareholders are paramount. In light of social distancing and
continued restrictions placed on public gatherings, the annual general meeting will continue as scheduled
but in electronic format only as permitted by the company’s memorandum of incorporation. The annual
report incorporates a notice of annual general meeting, which meeting will be held in fully electronic format
on Tuesday 27 July 2021 at 10:00 (SA time). YeboYethu will make an announcement on SENS and its
website closer to the time as to the details of this electronic meeting.


The record date for shareholders to be registered in the books of the company for purposes of the annual
general meeting is Friday 16 July 2021. The last day to trade to qualify for this annual general meeting will
be Tuesday 13 July 2021.
