STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS IN RESPECT OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE REMUNERATION POLICY


Shareholders are advised that Redefine’s remuneration committee chairperson, Bridgitte Mathews and
chairperson of the board of directors of Redefine, Sipho Pityana will be hosting stakeholder engagement
sessions relating to proposed changes to Redefine’s remuneration policy.

Whilst Redefine’s 2020 remuneration policy and remuneration implementation report received high levels of
shareholder support at the annual general meeting held on 23 February 2021 (96.2% and 96.84%
respectively), an engagement processes with stakeholders identified implementation-related changes that
Redefine wishes to introduce.

A summary of the engagement process followed and the proposed changes to the remuneration policy can

Shareholders will receive an invitation to sessions to be held on Thursday, 17 June 2021 and Friday,
