CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Italtile ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Lushane Prezens has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2021. Ms Prezens has
also been appointed to the board of Italtile’s subsidiary, Ceramic Industries Proprietary Limited.

Ms Prezens, CA(SA), is an investment banker with 16 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
and capital fund raising. She currently manages her own advisory and consulting business. Ms Prezens
was formerly Vice President J.P. Morgan, United Kingdom (“UK”) from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that she
was a Principal of Fidelis Partners, UK (2009 to 2010) and an Associate at Morgan Stanley UK and South
Africa from 2005 to 2009.

The Board welcomes Ms Prezens and looks forward to her contribution. Ms Prezens’ appointment
reflects the Group´s continuing commitment to enhancing the diversity of the Board and the expertise
available to the business.
