RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 12 April 2021, advising that the board
of directors of Zarclear had resolved that it would be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders for the
Company to seek a delisting of the Company’s shares from the JSE and A2X.
Shareholders are advised that Zarclear continues to investigate the potential delisting on the basis that the delisting
would be accompanied by an offer to Zarclear shareholders to acquire their Zarclear shares.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares pending further
announcements.
