Posting and notice of annual general meeting

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February 2021 is
available on the Company’s website at https://www.cmh.co.za/annual-reports and will be posted to
shareholders today.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Combined Motor
Holdings Limited will be held in the boardroom at the CMH Head Office at 1 Wilton Crescent,
Umhlanga Ridge, on Tuesday, 8 June 2021 commencing at 14h30. Whilst the meeting will have a
physical presence at the Group’s head office, provision will be made for shareholders to participate
by way of electronic communication. Electronic participation is encouraged whilst the Disaster
Management Act No 57 of 2002 is still in effect.

The record date in terms of section 59(1)(a) of the Act for shareholders to be recorded on the
securities register of the Company in order to receive notice of the meeting was Friday, 30 April
2021. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote is Tuesday, 25 May 2021. The record date
in terms of section 59(1)(b) of the Act for shareholders to participate in and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 28 May 2021.
