Notification of a Tap Issuance for UBS Portfolio Notes

Notification of a Tap Issuance for UBS Portfolio Notes linked to
PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio – Series 5; and Old Mutual Wealth
Global Equity Portfolio – Series 6.

Certificateholders are advised that the JSE has granted UBS AG approval for
a Tap Issuance for UBS Actively Managed Exchange Traded Notes linked to the
PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio – Series 5; and Old Mutual Wealth
Global Equity Portfolio – Series 6.

For Portfolio Notes Linked to the PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio
approval has been granted for an additional 1,000,000 units ("Tranche 3")
to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing issue of
1,000,000 Portfolio Notes linked to the Reference Portfolio ("Tranche 1 and
2") for Series 5.

For Portfolio Notes Linked to the Old Mutual Wealth Global Equity Portfolio
approval has been granted for an additional 5,000,000 units ("Tranche 2")
to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing issue of
5,000,000 Portfolio Notes linked to the Reference Portfolio ("Tranche 1")
for Series 6.

These listings are issued under the JSE Placement Document for the Issuance
of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14 000 000
000.
