NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF ADCOCK INGRAM SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Adcock Ingram shareholders are advised
that the Company has received formal notification that the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited
("PIC") has, in aggregate, disposed a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the
total of all beneficial interests in Adcock Ingram’s ordinary shares held by PIC amounts to 9.567% (from
14.944%) of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
The Board of directors of Adcock Ingram accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement as it relates to the Company and confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief,
the information supplied by PIC relating to the Company is complete and consistent and that this
announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information.
