TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that there is a reasonable
degree of certainty that the financial results for the next reporting period will differ by more than
20% from those of the previous corresponding period.

The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the 6 month
period ended 31 December 2020. Earnings per share will be between 5.74 cents and 6.80 cents,
representing an increase of between 8.30% and 28.30% compared to the earnings per share of
5.30 cents reported for the 6 month period ended 31 December 2019.

Headline earnings per share will be between 5.72 cents and 6.72 cents, representing an increase
of between 15.40% and 35.40% compared to the headline earnings per share of 4.96 cents
reported for the 6 month period ended 31 December 2019.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by SilverBridge’s auditors. SilverBridge’s financial results are expected to be released
on SENS on or about 17 February 2021.
