Given the continued uncertainty regarding the rate of COVID-19 infections, the South African economy and the need
to retain cash in these uncertain times, the Board has decided to not declare a distribution for the period. The Fund’s
ability to pay a dividend will be reassessed after results for the full year to February 2021 are finalised in May 2021.
