NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Shareholders are advised that following the migration of the Company’s legal seat from the British Virgin Islands to Malta,
MAS has appointed, with effect from 10 June 2022, PricewaterhouseCoopers Malta as the Company’s external auditors,
replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. PricewaterhouseCoopers Malta is represented by Christopher Cardona as the
designated audit individual.
