NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, securityholders are hereby advised
of the resignation of Duncan Armstrong as an executive director from the board of the Company (the
“Board”) and the appointment of Ziegrid Steen as an executive director of the Company. The resignation
and appointment are subject to approval from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) and the
effective date of each will be announced on SENS once FSCA approval has been obtained.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Armstrong for his contribution to the Company over the years.
