(“Tsogo Sun Gaming” or “the group”)

TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2022

Shareholders and Noteholders are advised that the group is scheduled to release its financial results for
the year ended 31 March 2022 on SENS on or about 26 May 2022. In terms of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported
upon next will differ by at least 20% from those of the prior comparative period.

Shareholders and Noteholders are accordingly advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that
the group’s:

•   EPS is expected to be a profit of between 130.3 cents per share and 138.3 cents per share compared
    to the prior corresponding period’s profit of 2.0 cents per share; and

•   HEPS is expected to be a profit of between 106.9 cents per share and 113.5 cents per share compared
    to the prior corresponding period’s loss of 3.1 cents per share.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported
on by the group's external auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
