NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, RESIGNATION DATE AND BOARD
COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors (“Board”) of the Issuer wishes to advise noteholders of the following changes to the Board
and Board committees:
     • Mr Wiebe Klaasen has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the
       Board with effect from 1 June 2022, to fill the existing vacancy on the Board following the
       resignation of Ms Sindisiwe Ntombenhle Mabaso-Koyana;
     • Mr Klaasen will be appointed as a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee
       with effect from 1 June 2022 to fill a vacancy on this committee; and
     • That further to the announcement released on SENS on 20 April 2022, the effective date of
       resignation for Ms. Mabaso-Koyana has been confirmed as 31 May 2021.

The Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr Klaasen was done in accordance with the Issuer’s
nomination policy.
