as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002

RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX HEALTHCARE INNOVATION
FEEDER ETF (“THE PORTFOLIO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 5 May 2022
regarding the listing approval and the initial public offer (“the
offer”) for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the results of the offer.

1. Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of

R 9 786 900(Nine million Seven hundred and Eighty Six thousand and
Nine hundred rand). One letter of allocation (“LA”) was issued for
every rand subscribed to the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account and
the corresponding rand amount debited.

2. Conversion ratio of the LA

STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratios that will
be published on Monday, 23 May 2022.
