IAP advises that on 16 May 2022 it received a Form 603 notice of initial substantial holder in
IAP, from Morgan Stanley and its subsidiaries listed in Annexure A of the notification found at
the below link advising that on 12 May 2022 they had voting power of 5.16% in IAP.
