APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Board of Directors of SOH are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lawrence Li
Chen (“Lawrence”) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and the appointment
of Mr Shin-Nan Yeh (“Michael”) as Lawrence’s alternate with effect from 1 March 2022.
Lawrence is a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts. Lawrence has
broad experience in all facets of business management and is currently a director and
Vice President in the Investment Department of Hong Tai Electric Industrial Co. Ltd, a
company listed on the Taiwanese Stock Exchange.
Michael is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and is currently the Chief Engineer -
Technical Department, in the Power Cable Division at Hong Tai Electric Industrial Co. Ltd.
The directors welcome Lawrence and Michael to the SOH Board and look forward to
working with them.
