The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 200 000 FNB Global 1200 Equity FOF ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 25 February 2022, at an issue price of
R 64.2317 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 21 180 000 FNB Global 1200 Equity FOF ETF
securities in issue.
