Due to the Company having interest in additional presentations, an application was made to CIPC on Friday, 28 January 2022 to extend the dates of the Prospectus, which will be considered by CIPC on Friday, 4 February 2022. Thus, the Company is continuing with road show presentations in the interim. If the dates are extended, then a further announcement will be made on SENS. All applications received to date have been accepted in full. The allocated shares will be credited on the date of listing, which is expected to be on Monday, 14 February 2022 or such later date as announced on SENS. The applications have been made directly to the Company with the majority of parties not having stock broking accounts.
