New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL203
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R200,000,000 (Two
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL203), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL203 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 9 December
2021 with effect from commencement of trade.
