Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements

In accordance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act") and paragraph 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that the Company has received
formal notification that MandG Investment Managers (Pty) Ltd on behalf of its underlying Clients
("MandG"), has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that the total
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by MandG amounts to 10.05% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company confirms that, as required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, it has filed the
required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel and to the best of its knowledge and belief, the
information supplied by MandG is complete and consistent.
