PRE-CLOSE BUSINESS UPDATE CONFERENCE CALL


Dipula Income Fund, a South African focused REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of primarily retail, office and
industrial assets across all nine provinces, will provide a pre-close business update in respect of the financial year ending
31 August 2021 on Monday, 30 August 2021 at 11h00 (SAST).

The business update conference call with management will be hosted by Investec Securities. Investors and analysts may
